Freight operations are the toughest business there is and the problem guys like us don’t realize is we are Tiny fish in a HUGE pond. Companies like Evergreen can beat our rates any day of the week and the only reason they are giving us the loads is because there is something wrong with it like slow/no pay, they want a weekend delivery for a special shipment where like he said no one is really going to be there to unload, it’s a union receiver and they can’t/won’t unload after 3:00pm, the list just goes on and on. At the end of the day you have worn out equipment and a hard lesson learned.

I have a llc I would like to buy a sprinter van but my issue is how do I get a van? My credit isn't that good. I did some contract driving a few years back and loved it and made ok money. I know the hustle. My biggest issue is just getting a van and for some reason company's are asking you have liability insurance 100 million or something like that.
